Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Box IQ Fitness + Knowledge website (the "Service") or by enrolling in any classes, programs, or memberships offered by Box IQ Fitness + Knowledge ("Box IQ", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Box IQ Fitness + Knowledge provides boxing fitness classes, strength and conditioning training, and related health and fitness programs at 15900 SW 92nd Ave, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157.

We offer the following membership and class options:

• —Unlimited Membership — Unlimited classes per month, $199.99/month (no contract) + $50 enrollment fee.
• —Limited Membership (2x/week) — Up to 2 classes per week, $160.00/month (no contract) + $50 enrollment fee.
• —Drop-In Class — Single class attendance, $25 per session.
• —First Class Free — New clients may attend their first class at no charge, subject to availability and eligibility.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to participate in adult classes without parental consent. Minors under 16 may participate in designated kids' classes with a parent or guardian's written consent.

Health and Fitness

Physical fitness activities involve inherent risks. By participating in any class or program at Box IQ, you represent that:

• —You are in good physical health and have no known medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
• —You have consulted with a physician if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.
• —You will immediately inform the instructor of any injury, discomfort, or health concern during class.
• —You understand that boxing and strength training carry physical risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, and cardiovascular stress.

No Contract

All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract required. You may cancel at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy below.

Billing

Monthly membership fees are billed on a recurring basis. The enrollment fee is a one-time charge collected at the time of sign-up. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein.

Cancellation

To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date by emailing info@boxiqfit.com or by contacting us directly at the studio. Cancellations requested fewer than 7 days before the billing date will take effect the following billing cycle.

Class Reservations

Class reservations are subject to availability and are managed through our booking software (Gymdesk). We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any changes.

Box IQ is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment. All members and visitors agree to:

• —Treat all staff, instructors, and fellow members with respect and courtesy.
• —Follow all instructor directions and studio rules during class.
• —Arrive on time — latecomers may be denied entry for safety reasons.
• —Bring water and a towel to every class.
• —Refrain from using mobile phones during class sessions.
• —Not engage in any aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior.
• —Report any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.

Box IQ reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership without refund for any violation of the code of conduct.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in any class or activity at Box IQ, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise and boxing training, including the risk of property damage, personal injury, or death.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Box IQ Fitness + Knowledge, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from your participation in classes or use of the facility, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Limitation

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Box IQ in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are owned by Box IQ Fitness + Knowledge and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this website without our express written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
