With over 20 years helping clients achieve real, lasting results through boxing and strength conditioning, Ely brings both depth and precision to every session. He has coached at the competitive level — working with professional and amateur athletes — for more than a decade.
Before founding Box IQ, Ely spent nine years as a medical imaging technologist, specializing in MRI, CT scans, and X-rays across emergency rooms, surgical suites, and outpatient clinics. That background in precision medicine and working under pressure informs how he coaches — thorough, technical, and genuinely invested in every member's progress.
